Building Inclusive Hiring Practices:
A Blueprint for Action
The need for companies to practice inclusive hiring goes beyond corporate responsibility. We have seen first-hand through the hiring market that broadening talent pools is essential to bridge widening talent gaps in specialisms and industries.
In today’s competitive market, companies benefit by adapting their recruitment processes to be more inclusive. To understand the true impact of these changes on professionals and businesses, we surveyed nearly 1,000 participants across Thailand, China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Our study explores how diverse backgrounds are currently supported by organisations in different locations, and how leaders in Thailand can foster an inclusive environment that supports recruitment and career advancement in the workplace.
