Your new role

• Build a talent pool to identify suitable candidates to meet specific role requirements

• To partner with the client in order to deliver a tailored recruitment solution

• Facilitate end to end recruitment solutions from sourcing to placement and aftercare

• Demonstrate excellent consulting skills by questioning the client to ascertain their needs and presenting the most appropriate solution

• Collaborate with the Sourcing team when required to deliver an appropriate sourcing and attraction strategy for the client

• Manage client expectations in line with market conditions

• To maximise fee performance by effectively managing the onboarding and recruitment process

• Strong commercial awareness and identified growth opportunities

• Work closely with a regional team in Thailand

What you'll need to succeed

• 1–2 years of sourcing and recruiting experience

• Willingness to learn and work with agility

• Business proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in Thai
