Production Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the cutting, welding, and bending departments.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our international automotive part manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a production supervisor role, strong English communication skills, and experience in CNC, welding, cutting, and bending.

Your new role

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the cutting, welding, and bending teams.
Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of CNC machinery.
Implement production schedules and adjust them as needed to meet deadlines.
Train and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.
Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC machinery.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
