Your new role

As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the financial objectives of the Business Unit. You will be responsible for driving financial planning and monitoring targets through P&L and cashflow management. Your role will involve strengthening financial discipline within the teams, ensuring compliance with corporate finance policies, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic and operational decisions. You will be the key contact between the regional office and the local market, ensuring seamless financial operations. This is an individual contributor that requires a candidate who has a strong commercial mindset and enjoys working in a fast-paced MNC environment.

What you'll need to succeed

For you to succeed in this position you will have:

• A Master's degree or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent

• Minimum 7 or more years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, or Controlling

• The independence to be able to excel in a single contributor role

• Experience working in a dynamic matrix organisation

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Thai and English
