We are seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives for the EV motorcycle division. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our EV motorcycle products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

Your new role

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote EV motorcycles.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with product development teams to understand product features and benefits, and effectively communicate these to the target audience.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Plan and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, advertisements, and videos.
• Organise promotional events and participate in industry trade shows to showcase EV motorcycle products.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimise results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
• Stay informed about developments in the electric vehicle industry and incorporate industry trends into marketing strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing roles within the automotive or electric vehicle industry, preferably with a focus on motorcycles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong analytical abilities.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
