Your new role
As the Head of HR, you will be functionally reporting to the global HR team sitting outside of Thailand aside to the local site management. You will be leading end-to-end HR operations including training & development, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee-relations related activities. You will be managing and developing a sizeable team of HR professionals looking into existing staff members aside from developing new team members to successfully carry out and support all business requirements as a strategic corporate function. You will need to demonstrate strong capabilities in strategic resource planning and problem-solving, to work with the key stakeholders in ensuring that the HR practices, policies and processes will effectively support and maintain a harmonious and productive work environment within the manufacturing site in Thailand.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have strong end-to-end HR management experience with solid people and stakeholder's management experience in a multinational setting, whilst understanding the local needs and implementing the strategies that would be best for Thailand. Minimum 10 years of experience within manufacturing would be required to demonstrate the right level of knowledge and expertise to manage the workforce and operations. You must also communicate very well in both English and Thai. Apart from that, you will need to be results-oriented and agile to work with the changing business needs in a fast-moving environment.
