Your new company

A leading global provider of intelligent automotive parts operating in many countries globally to provide innovative products and services, is on the hunt for an exceptional Head of Regional Operations to manage all business and manufacturing operations across Southeast Asia.

Your new role

As the Regional Operations Head, you will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the company’s business within the SEA region. You will drive growth, profitability, and market share by leveraging strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills. Your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive regional strategies, ensuring quality systems, driving R&D initiatives, and building a high-performing regional team.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 8 years in a senior management role in the automotive industry
Proven track record of driving business growth and enhancing profitability
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills
In-depth understanding of manufacturing, supply chain management, and quality systems
Fluent in Japanese and English
