Your new role
You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing demand forecasts and supply plans for a diverse range of sporting goods. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, you will ensure optimal inventory levels and timely product availability. Your role will involve analysing sales trends, managing promotions, and addressing slow-moving inventory. Additionally, you will lead regular S&OP meetings to provide insights and track performance, ensuring alignment between supply and demand while driving continuous improvement in planning accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed
- Passion for sports
- Minimum 3 years of educational background or experience related to supply chain and logistics
- Good computer literacy (i.e., Excel and SAP)
- Fluent English and Thai
- Analytical skills with a business mindset.
- Good listener and dare to give your opinion
- Can take decisions on your parameters
- Cooperating mindset as functional between parties to achieve the collective goals
