Your new role

As the Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing our financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information. You will manage the accounting staff and oversee the Record to Report (RTR) team, covering processes such as Data Management, General Ledger Accounting, Close Processes, Assets Accounting, Statutory Reporting, and Cost Accounting. Your leadership will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the RTR function, continuous improvement of processes, and high-quality, low-cost services to business units.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
• CPA and CPD would be advantages
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles with accounting operations experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
