Your New Role

As the Senior Procurement Manager, you will oversee all purchasing and procurement activities, including both direct and indirect materials, with a particular focus on agricultural products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with their sustainability goals and procedures. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of materials, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in procurement within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing direct and indirect materials, especially agricultural products.
  • Excellent understanding of sustainability practices and procedures.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
