About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and experienced CRM Manager to join our team in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing CRM strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Manage and optimise the CRM system to ensure accurate customer data and effective communication.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance the customer journey.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and system usage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the EV or automotive industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
