We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, M&A, data analysis, and accounting, preferably with experience in the food and beverage industry. This role will be critical in driving strategic financial initiatives and supporting business growth.

Your new role

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve financial performance.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, and M&A, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
