Your new role

As the HRBP Team Lead, you will oversee human resources consultation and support to designated business units. You will guide and develop HR business partners, analyse trends, and develop workforce plans to resolve issues and positively impact business results. You will coordinate the implementation of HR initiatives, communication, and events between HR, HR business partners, and managers. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and mentoring a team of HR Business Partners.
  • Providing strategic HR consultation to business leaders.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Analysing HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Overseeing talent management, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Fostering a positive organisational culture and employee experience.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labour laws and regulations.
  • Managing HR projects and initiatives to improve business performance.
  • Collaborating with other HR functions to deliver comprehensive HR services.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Understanding the mergers and acquisitions by aligning human resource strategies with business objectives to ensure a smooth integration process
