Your New Role

As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our retail spaces. You will be responsible for planning and building displays that maximise impact, adjusting visual merchandising tools, creating signage, arranging lighting, and setting up windows. You will work closely with suppliers and maintain strong connections at various retail levels to ensure our retail environments consistently meet our high standards.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail fashion
Proven track record in visual merchandising and window display, strong leadership and coaching skills, effective communication and presentation abilities, business and commercial acumen, and proficiency in design programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D-SketchUp).
Languages: Fluent in both English and Thai.
Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, strong organisational and time management skills, hands-on approach, and a passion for sports (optional).
Provide coaching and supervise subordinates to deliver results as targeted.
Plan and build impactful displays, create signage, arrange lighting, and set up windows.
Manage budgets for both retail and wholesale channels.
Communicate with overseas and local suppliers to ensure quality visual merchandising tools and materials at reasonable prices.
Serve as the focal person for all visual merchandising activities.
Collaborate with the global visual merchandising team to ensure timely and accurate implementation of requirements.
Support line managers and colleagues to achieve company targets.
Participate in new store openings and closings, with potential travel required.
Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with possible overtime.
