Your new role

As the Head of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's engineering initiatives. You will focus on product and process development, ensuring production readiness, and managing program and launch activities. Leading a large team of engineers, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be instrumental in shaping the future of the company's engineering endeavours.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in product and process development in automotive manufacturing.
  • Strong background in production readiness and program management.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a large team.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills, particularly with senior management.
