Your new role
As a Welding Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing welding techniques, procedures, and applications to enhance production efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions for welding personnel and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding engineering or a similar role
  • Proficiency in welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and resistance welding
  • Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
