We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR Business Partner with expertise in Learning and Development to join our client, a leading player in the automotive industry. This role requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of learning and talent development strategies.
Your new role
As an experienced HR Business Partner specialising in Learning and Development, you will join our dynamic organisation to drive HR strategies, enhance employee development, and foster a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and talent development strategies, particularly within the corporate and automotive sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with senior management to analyse managerial competencies.
- Ensure proper implementation of competencies in HR management and development.
- Conduct surveys and analyse training needs to create annual training plans and budgets.
- Plan and coordinate annual training programs, including internal and external sessions.
- Oversee the design of training courses, selection of instructors, and training institutions.
- Provide consultation on assessing employee knowledge and skills.
- Guide the development of individual development plans with departments.
- Effectively manage and supervise the Learning and Development team.
- Collaborate with management and business units to enhance efficiency and refine learning and development strategies.
- Lead project improvements and have a significant impact on the company's growth and success.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in competency development, HR planning, and managing training programs.
- A strong foundation within Organisation Development and Learning & Development functions, with preference given to those experienced in a corporate and systematic environment.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Organisation Development and Learning & Development within multinational and corporate environments.
- Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and senior management.
