Production Supervisor

Your new role
As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team, ensuring efficient production processes and compliance with safety standards. You will drive improvements in work processes, facilitate team development, and promote a culture of safety and accountability. Your role includes monitoring product quality, troubleshooting production issues, and fostering strong team relationships. Flexibility to work any shift is required.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of management or supervisory experience in a heavy industry.
  • Background as a Production Engineer, Process Engineer, or Production Supervisor is preferred.
  • Willing to work in shift operations.
