Your New Role

As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of product commercialisation projects. You will coordinate cross-functional activities across various departments, including marketing, sales, purchasing, material planning, warehouse, quality assurance, engineering, production, maintenance, and cost accounting. Your role will involve building and leading project teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in automotive manufacturing.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
