Your New Role: As the Process Engineering Manager, you will lead the development and improvement of manufacturing processes, ensuring high efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will be responsible for coordinating the transfer of new products to production, validating and delivering new methodologies, machines, and equipment to support high-throughput operations. Your role will involve generating and maintaining BOM, routing, and all standards used in manufacturing, while leading a team with a continuous improvement mindset.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes for Painting, Spaying, Foaming etc.
  • At least 10 years of experience at management level, specifically in process engineering, manufacturing, continuous improvement, or related fields.
  • Outstanding skills in process engineering management and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, simulation programs, AX or any MRP system.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical, project, and process management skills.
