Your New Role
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will work closely with the Board of Directors and the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans that align with their mission and objectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing various departments, and ensuring that our corporate goals are met. You will also be responsible for driving business development, maintaining financial stability, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field
- At least 15 years of experience in a senior management role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and decision-making abilities
- Ability to effectively engage with external organisations and stakeholders
