Your new role
You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing demand forecasts and supply plans for a diverse range of sporting goods. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, you will ensure optimal inventory levels and timely product availability. Your role will involve analysing sales trends, managing promotions, and addressing slow-moving inventory. Additionally, you will lead regular S&OP meetings to provide insights and track performance, ensuring alignment between supply and demand while driving continuous improvement in planning accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed
- Passion for sports & a team-player
- 3+ years of Supply Chain and Logistics educational background or experience
- Analytical skills to develop supply policy, plan production, manage warehouse network, and drive commercial activity
- Good computer literacy (i.e., Excel and SAP)
- Fluent English and Thai language skills
