Employee Engagement and Internal Communication

Your new role

To fulfil the position, your responsibilities will include:
1. Internal Communication Strategy:
  • Centralise corporate internal communications to maintain a high level of standard
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and values.
  • Ensure consistent and transparent communication at all levels of the organization.
2. Employer Branding:
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand through effective communication of the company’s values, mission, and employee success stories.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure alignment with external branding efforts.
  • Generate engaging and informative content for various communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and company meetings.
  • Tailor communication materials to diverse audiences within the organization.
3. Employee Engagement Initiatives:
  • Plan and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.
  • Create and manage communication channels that encourage employee feedback and participation.
4. Collaboration with Leadership:
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align communication strategies with business goals.
  • Provide communication support for leadership messages, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Ensure communication materials adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success in this role, you will possess:
  • Exceptional Thai and English communication skills with translation expertise.
  • Minimum 6 years of direct experience in internal communications and branding.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in design and editing programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierPro).
  • Familiarity with HR and manufacturing environments.
  • Great presentation skills in both verbal and written formats with an agreeable personality
