Your new role

To fulfil the position, your responsibilities will include:

1. Internal Communication Strategy:

Centralise corporate internal communications to maintain a high level of standard
Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and values.
Ensure consistent and transparent communication at all levels of the organization.

2. Employer Branding:

Develop and maintain a strong employer brand through effective communication of the company’s values, mission, and employee success stories.
Coordinate with marketing to ensure alignment with external branding efforts.
Generate engaging and informative content for various communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and company meetings.
Tailor communication materials to diverse audiences within the organization.

3. Employee Engagement Initiatives:

Plan and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.
Create and manage communication channels that encourage employee feedback and participation.

4. Collaboration with Leadership:

Work closely with senior leadership to align communication strategies with business goals.
Provide communication support for leadership messages, ensuring consistency and clarity.
Ensure communication materials adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success in this role, you will possess:

Exceptional Thai and English communication skills with translation expertise.
Minimum 6 years of direct experience in internal communications and branding.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficient in design and editing programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierPro).
Familiarity with HR and manufacturing environments.
Great presentation skills in both verbal and written formats with an agreeable personality
