Your new role
As the Facility & Utility Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and expansion projects of the company's facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of building systems, managing energy-saving programs, and maintaining effective EHS systems. Your role will also involve liaising with local authorities and managing logistics services to support corporate activities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or building engineering
- Excellent knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in facility management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
