Finance & Accounting Manager (Central Thailand)

We are looking for a skilled Finance and Accounting Manager with a strong background in costing manufacturing.

A well-established manufacturing company with a strong presence in Thailand is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee its financial operations and be based in central Thailand. Your new role

A highly skilled Finance & Accounting professional with a strong background in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial management, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the company's financial health and operational efficiency.

  • Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including month-end and year-end closings.
  • Manage budgeting, cash flow analysis, and variance reporting to support business decisions.
  • Ensure financial transactions comply with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor receivables and payables to maintain financial stability.
  • Prepare and submit tax reports and liaise with government authorities on compliance matters.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior management.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting
  • Strong expertise in month-end closing and costing
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
