Your new role

• Oversee the full-cycle accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely completion of general ledger, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant accounting standards to maintain good governance.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee asset management and project cost control to ensure maximised returns.
• Manage cash flow, treasury functions and optimisation of working capital to ensure operational efficiency and liquidity.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimise profitability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, analysis, and key performance indicators to the executive team to support business growth.

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide support during audits, ensuring adherence to audit requirements and maintaining compliance with international standards.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance/accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Multiple years of experience in a senior financial management role, with a track record of success in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• The ability to analyse complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, ability to work independently and manage productivity.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central (accounting system) and real estate background will be a BIG PLUS.
