An industry-leading manufacturing organisation is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee their Southern Thailand operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient business growth.

Your new role

An experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning, reporting, and operations management. You will play a key role in managing financial activities, while ensuring compliance with corporate governance and statutory regulations.

Your Responsibilities
As Finance Manager, you will:
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, credit control, taxation, and cash flow management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls in line with corporate policies.
• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local tax regulations.
• Drive cost management initiatives and profitability analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and commercial teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support strategic business decisions, including investment analysis and risk management.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 8 years in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and operational management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and guide team members.
