We are expanding our regional presence and seeking a dynamic Business Unit Manager to lead our sleep device product portfolio.


Your new role

In this role, you will be a pivotal leader driving the growth and success of our sleep device business. Your strategic leadership will help us achieve our objectives of expanding market presence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering innovative sleep devices that improve patient outcomes.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Medical Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years in the medical device distribution industry, with over 5 years in senior management roles overseeing multiple product lines. Experience in sleep solutions or related medical device portfolios is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, set strategic direction, and ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and product management functions.
  • Extensive experience in P&L management, budget optimization, forecasting, cost management, and revenue generation within a distribution business model. Strong decision-making skills based on financial reports and market insights.
  • Capability to create long-term strategies while balancing immediate objectives. Strong understanding of driving growth within a diverse portfolio of distributed medical devices.
  • Expertise in identifying growth opportunities, expanding market presence, and driving sales through innovative distribution strategies, customer relationships, and market segmentation.
  • Proficient in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and suppliers, to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, track business performance, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement. Proven success in exceeding business and financial goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present business strategies, performance reports, and solutions to internal teams and external stakeholders.
