We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lab Testing Manager to join our leading electronic goods manufacturer hays partner. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in lab testing area and 5 years of experience in management role. Also strong English communication skills
Your new role
- Oversee and manage the lab testing processes for electronic products.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead a team of lab technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Manage lab equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Stay updated on new testing methodologies and technologies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using lab testing equipment and software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
