They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance & engineering team and support their growth and profitability.

Your new role

As the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities, utilities, and machinery are effectively and efficiently used to produce all material components and finished goods at maximum output. You will lead the maintenance function, develop, and implement preventative maintenance schedules, and manage both internal and external maintenance work. Additionally, you will support energy conservation and sustainability programs, deliver key performance indicators, manage a high-performing maintenance team, and oversee project engineering management tasks, including planning, executing, and finalising engineering projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Engineering graduate in mechanical, electrical, or related fields.
  • Experience in the FMCG/food industry and managing both brownfield and greenfield projects, technical capability in TPM, TBM, and maintenance software, with strong skills in machine maintenance and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of quality systems (GMP, FSSC, HACCP, HALAL), safety regulations, and P&L responsibilities.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and development skills.
