Your new role
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production process, planning, and overall operations, ensuring high performance and effective coordination with departments such as QA, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain, and Engineering. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, improving processes, and managing a team of six direct reports to achieve operational excellence.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in FMCG manufacturing, preferably in food production.
  • Able to stand by in a 24/7 plant operation with flexibility for safety-related follow-ups.
  • Strong people management skills with experience of leading teams.
