Your new role
As the Regional Engineering Manager, you will report to the Regional Manufacturing Manager (Foreigner) and be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of plant maintenance and engineering across various facilities. You will oversee new plant setups and greenfield projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and project scopes are met. Additionally, you will manage the capital expenditure for the region, optimise spare parts costs, and drive cultural changes necessary for organisational success.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong background in plant maintenance and engineering
- Experience in managing capital expenditure projects with excellent budgeting and expense monitoring skills
- Technical and engineering support expertise, especially in compounding process
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
