Your new role

As the Senior Accounting - Finance Manager, you will manage overall accounting operations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Your responsibilities will include financial statement preparation, tax planning, budgeting, and leading the finance team to achieve timely and accurate financial reporting

• Manage accounting and financial with accounting principles and standards to ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements.
• Control the closing of financial statements and analyze monthly/yearly financial statements, prepare notes to the financial statements, and calculate corporate income tax.
• Prepare accurate and timely the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Develop tax planning strategies to ensure the organization can pay taxes correctly, completely, and economically, maximizing benefits for the organization.
• Preparing annual budgeting and monitoring budget control.
• Managing the team's tasks to complete on time and develop the team members’ skills.
• Analyze and support accounting data and financial data and report and come up with appropriate recommendation.
• Manage internal and external audit processes.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and necessary regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office; experience with Odoo is a plus.
• CPD certification preferred; CPA is an advantage.
